A Special Day (ASD) is a calm life-simulation game designed to help players on the autism spectrum practice everyday situations through playful, interactive routines.

What is A Special Day?

A Special Day is a calm, cozy life-simulation game where players explore everyday routines, build their own space, and interact with the world in a predictable, low-pressure way.

The game is designed especially with players on the spectrum in mind. Its simulation lets players practice real-life situations (from simple social interactions to sensory regulation and everyday motor tasks) in a way that feels safe, structured, and non-overwhelming.

Adaptly platform

A Special Day is built on Adaptly – our adaptive technology that uses AI to tailor the game’s pace, sensory settings, and interactions to each player. Adaptly observes how players navigate routines, choices, and interactions, building a lightweight digital phenotype of play style and comfort levels. This helps the game adjust in meaningful but unobtrusive ways, creating an experience that feels supportive, predictable, and personally attuned.
