What is A Special Day?
A Special Day is a calm, cozy life-simulation game where players explore everyday routines, build their own space, and interact with the world in a predictable, low-pressure way.
The simulation design allows players to rehearse real-life situations, from social interactions to sensory regulation and motor tasks, in ways that are engaging and non-threatening.
What it is all about?
No timers, no pressure, no failure states. You play at your own rhythm.
Adjust visuals, colors, sounds, and animations to match your comfort level.
Cook, rest, organize, explore, decorate – simple loops that build confidence and rhythm.
Expand and customize your home as you discover new activities and interactions.
Who is it for?
A calm world with no overwhelm and full control over sensory input.
A safe, low-pressure environment supporting emotional regulation and independence.
A light, game-based tool that can complement sensory or routine-building work.

Adaptly platform
A Special Day is built on Adaptly – our adaptive technology that uses AI to tailor the game’s pace, sensory settings, and interactions to each player. Adaptly observes how players navigate routines, choices, and interactions, building a lightweight digital phenotype of play style and comfort levels. This helps the game adjust in meaningful but unobtrusive ways, creating an experience that feels supportive, predictable, and personally attuned.
